Bodysuits: For hygiene reasons, all bodysuits are strictly final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Face Masks: For health and safety reasons, all face masks are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Intimates/Lingerie: For hygiene reasons, all intimates and lingerie are strictly final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items under any circumstances.
Jewelry: All jewelry is strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, all swimwear is strictly final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items under any circumstances.
Undergarments: For hygiene reasons, all undergarments are strictly final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items under any circumstances.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start Your Return
We've kept the process simple:
Reach Out: Email our support team with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please provide photos of the items in which you wish to return.
Ship It Back: Once confirmed, securely pack your items and ship them to the address provided by our support team using your preferred carrier.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Processing Once your return arrives at our facility, we will inspect the items and issue your refund to your original method of payment.
