14 Day Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items — whether it wasn't what you expected or the fit wasn't quite right, we're happy to take it back.

Please note: If shipping insurance was not purchased at checkout, returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Condition Requirement: To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please note that returns are only available for orders shipped within the United States. All other orders are considered final sale.

Final Sale Exceptions

To maintain health and safety standards, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Beauty: All beauty products are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Bodysuits: For hygiene reasons, all bodysuits are strictly final sale.
  • Face Masks: For health and safety reasons, all face masks are strictly final sale.
  • Intimates/Lingerie: For hygiene reasons, all intimates and lingerie are strictly final sale.
  • Jewelry: All jewelry is strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, all swimwear is strictly final sale.
  • Undergarments: For hygiene reasons, all undergarments are strictly final sale.

Return Shipping

Returns are completely free. Once your return is approved through our portal, we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label — just print it, pack your items securely, and drop them off.

How to Start Your Return

  1. Visit Our Return Portal: Head to our return portal and log in with your order number and email address.
  2. Select Your Items: Choose the items you'd like to return and follow the prompts. Please have photos of the items ready to upload.
  3. Get Your Label: Once approved, your prepaid shipping label will be available to download and print directly from the portal.
  4. Ship It Back: Pack your items securely, attach the label, and drop off at your nearest carrier location.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return arrives at our facility, we'll inspect the items and issue your refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
